Somethin’ Special Featured Artists

2dreamagain

In the middle of the Sonoran Desert, at hippie music compounds in the woods,
in the lodge that Ernest Hemingway used to frequent at Yellowstone National park, at rave warehouses, for ex-celebrities in Salt Lake City, at music festivals, in dozens of different venues, for many parties, and for thousands of dance floor shenanigan enthusiasts, these are only a fraction of the beautiful moments and stories surrounding this fella.

Nearly every event by Between2Clouds originated from the noggin of this artist and they have been the main driving force of the project.

2dreamagain has lived and breathed the path less travelled on both the good days and the bad. Finding what is true and authentic to them, living it, and sharing the beauty found along the way.

He has made plenty of mistakes, grows tremendously as a person and a creative with every experience, and has brought genuine joy to countless numbers of people through his passion for sharing beauty with others.

Many creative projects and events of other’s exist from conversations 2’s had inspiring his friends. Entire venue concepts are based on some of his event curations.

Check out his most recent recorded mix below of his set at Festival of Yes in Washington State. Some festival goers said it was the best set they have ever experienced live, seriously!

Uncle Brother

The FootRocket and Friends group, (unofficially named Uncle Brother after a nickname of FootRocket's great uncle) is comprised of a collection of 4 of my, FootRocket’s, closest friends. We all make music, and have been for years.

I've been making music since I was 12 years old, and have a special love for House music, and an appreciation for all genres.

Emilio, who will be playing keys, is the best music producer that I know (he hates when I say that but it's true), and has collaborated with me on several of my own tracks over the years. We will be playing a few of his unreleased tracks during the event, as well as some of our House collaborations.

Elisha Isles, vocals and guitar, is an aspiring multi instrumentalist and pop music genius, whom I've known since I was very young. Also a frequent collaborator, we'll be playing many of his songs in the mix. The kid has pop music in a chokehold, and he's seemingly just getting started.

Marv Krown, playing the bass, is a fantastic beat maker turned producer who keeps upping the bar on his own achievements in the music world. Having a strong grip on genres like boom bap and trap, but also being able to turn the dial and make a dance club mix reminiscent of Kaytranada. His bass lines appear frequently on my releases.

Bosh, on the drums and percussion, has been playing drums for as long as I can remember. We've also been friends since childhood and it's been my pleasure to watch him grow in proficiency of his craft. Having played and recorded with numerous bands, he probably has the most live stage experience out of all of us, and that's saying a lot, because we've each been doing this in one shape or form for years.

Oh, I'll be singing a bit as well, but mainly running the sampler and djing. Taking inspiration from live acts like Dijon and Daft Punk, nothing's ever really been done quite like this, and we're so very excited as well as grateful for the opportunity to share the night's music with Between2Clouds.

Nicolette.

Artist, DJ, event glue, and big nerd on some kind gypsy fever dream around the world.

Nicolette has performed prime-time sets at multiple festivals and art-forward gatherings across the country. She is a crowd favorite at every event she performs on with a delicious music taste and refreshingly unique energy that ripples through an entire space. Her music tastes steers towards uplifting, bouncy, and euphoric soundscapes that make you feel lighter and more alive. When performing, Nicolette is taken into the music she plays, enjoying the experience of the sounds as much as the crowd, and it is clear in the smile on her face as her sets progress.

Chapel House Crew

These fellas have been playing music and making people dance since before some of the other artists were born. With sweet attitudes, decades of experience amongst them, and now doing the family life thing, it is a treat to have them come and boogie with us in the Ballroom for the night.
